Dr Linda Shean

BMed (Hons), Dip Paeds, FRACGP

Linda is a graduate of the University of Newcastle (Honours) 1998. She was awarded the FRACGP medal for coming 1st in Australia in 2002.  She has a Diploma of Paediatrics and a Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning. She inserts Mirena and Implanon.

Linda has been a GP in Canberra since 2003.  She is an experienced, thorough and caring GP who enjoys all areas of General Practice with special interests in Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Pregnancy Care, Chronic Disease Management and Skin.

She chose to join Barton General Practice because of the focus on high quality patient care and the friendly staff.

She is great with kids and has 2 children of her own. Outside of work Linda enjoys walking, skiing and camping.
